The management team of Main Place Mall and the students from Reng College paid a visit to Rumah Charis, an old folks home in Puchong. We greeted the inmates of the home with loads of groceries sponsored by Jaya Grocer. We adorned their home with Chinese New Year decorations and mingled with the elderly over lunch. The folks were also entertained with singing performances by the college students and goodies giveaway. Much to their delight later, the God of Prosperity made an appearance and together with Sumbangan Lagenda Sdn Bhd Managing Director Jason Yam, distributed angpows and 'kam' (mandarin oranges) to them. Mall Management Director Ms Woo May Foong and Mr Yam also presented a cheque total of RM3,000 to the home. It was altogether a fun and enriching experience for all.
