比赛条规 Rules & Regulations
I. 1. 主办单位只接受网上报名，现场登记将不被承认。欲报名者，请游览 (bit.ly/mpcnycalligraphycompetition24) 来填写报名表格或到 Main Place Mall询问详情。
The organizer will only accept online registration. On-site registration will not be recognized; however, Main Place information counter staff will provide assistance for online registration if needed.
II. 参赛者须自备书写用具、护垫及报纸。主办单位只提供宣纸。
Contestants must be equipped with own calligraphy tools for competition. Only calligraphy paper will be provided by The Organizer.
III. 参赛者必须在上午11时30分到二楼报到。
All contestants are required to arrive at Main Place Mall, 2nd floor by 11.30am for registration.
IV. 名額有限，先到先得，額满即止。
Registration will be closed upon reaching 25 pax per category. Limited slots available, first come first served basis.
V. 颁奖典礼将在同一天进行。参赛者必须亲自领奖。
Winners are to be announced on the same day. No substitutes to act on behalf for the award ceremony.
VI. 每位参赛者只限参加一个组别。
Each participants are not allowed to join more than ONE (1) category and strictly no switching between groups after registration.
VII. 参赛者须于指定时限内完成作品，不得议论。
Contestants must complete within one and a half hour. No argument will be entertained.
VIII. 所有参赛作品将成为主办方的资产。
All entries shall become the property of the Organizer.
IX. 奖状只会在询问处保留一个月，供上门领取。
Certificates will be demolished if contestants do not collect it within one (1) months from contest day.
X. 参赛者须自行清理比赛场地。违规者将被取消参赛资格。
All contestants are to keep the surrounding clean. Trespassers will be disqualified immediately if found guilty.
XI. 禁止在厕所清洗毛笔等用具。违规者将被取消参赛资格。
Washing calligraphy tools within Main Place Mall is restricted. Trespassers will be disqualified immediately if found guilty.
XII. 评审团决定为最后决定，一切议论恕不受理。
Judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
XIII. 本单位将保留更改比赛及上述条款的权利，恕不另行通知。
The Organizer shall have absolute discretion to modify or terminate the contest at any time. It also has the sole and absolute right to interpret and determine these applications and the Terms & Conditions.
