Rules and Regulations:
1. Competition will be take place on 9 December 2023 (Saturday) at Level 2. Competition starts at 12pm sharp and participants are expected to arrive by 11.30am for registration.
2. The competition is open for two categories. Category A (4 – 8 years old); Category B (9 – 12 years old).
3. Registration will be closed upon reaching 20 pax for each category. Limited seats available, first come first served basis.
4. Participants will need to register themselves via *link* before 7 December 2023 (Thursday), 11.59pm.
5. All participants are required to bring their own colouring materials such as coloured pencils, watercolour, magic colour pens & etc on the Competition day.
6. Each participant will be given 2 hours to complete their masterpiece. All drawings and colourings must be done on the Competition day.
7. All contestants are to keep the surrounding clean. Trespassers will be disqualified immediately if found guilty.
8. Winners are to be announced on the same day and all winners shall be present on the prize presentation ceremony. No notification in writing will be sent to the winners to participate in the prize presentation ceremony.
9. The Organiser's decision is final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
10. The Organiser reserves the rights to use/publish any of the particular/pictures of the contestants/winners of the contest/entries or other personal particulars of them or their parents/legal guardians.
11. The Organiser reserves the rights to withhold the prizes or disqualify any contestant’s entry in the event if any contestant(s) fail or refuse to comply with this contest’s Rules and Regulations.
12. By participating in this competition, participants are bound by the Rules and Regulations and all decisions of the Organiser.
13. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute’s prizes with similar value/merchandisers without prior notice.
14. The Organiser shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries before or during the competition.
The Organiser shall have absolute discretion to modify or terminate the competition at any time. It also has the sole and absolute right to interpret and determine these applications and the Rules & Regulations.
