1. This membership is open to children aged 12 and below.
   
   
2. One-time payment RM10 to join membership.
   
   
3. This membership card is non-transferable.
   
   
4. Members must present Main Place Junior card upon tenants' redemption or participation of events and/or workshops.
   
   
5. This card is the property of Main Place Mall, should you find it anywhere, please return to the Information Counter, located at G floor.
   
   
6. Lost of card is chargeable at RM50 each time.
   
   
7. Main Place Mall Management reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the privileges with or without prior notice due to reasons that are beyond management's control.
