How to join?

1. Spend RM50 in a maximum of 2 combined receipts at any Main Place outlets and redeem the form from Information Counter, GF.

2. Find & Count the hidden Gingerbread man at Concourse, GF.

3. Fill in the form and drop into designated box at Information Counter, GF.

4. 1 form = 1 entry. No limitation on number of entry.

1. “Find & Count the Gingerbread Man” contest organized by Main Place Mall is open to all Malaysian aged 18 and above, except for the employees of the Main Place Mall, their affiliates and their related companies, members of their immediate families (parents, spouse, son /daughter), advertising agencies and suppliers who involved in related to the contest.

2. Eligible customer may submit as many Entry Forms as they wish to participate in this Contest. Each Participant shall only win One (1) Prize throughout the Contest Period, irrespective of the number of eligible entries collected by the Management.

3. Participants must fill in the form(s) with complete and accurate details.

4. The winners of the Find & Count the Gingerbread Man will be announced on 5 January 2023 and will be contacted by our team on the prize collection/ arrangement. Redemption period: 7 - 31 January 2023. The winner who failed to collect the prize will be forfeited.  

6. Winners need to redeem their rewards personally at Information Counter, Main Place Mall by presenting their NRIC, within the valid redemption period as stated and no representative allowed.

7. Strictly no mailing, courier or any similar format of collection requests will be entertained.

8. The Management reserves the right to reject any entries which are incomplete, late and illegible or submit beyond the deadline without prior notice.

9. The Management decision is final and conclusive, and no further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.

10. All winners are required to collect their prize at Main Place Mall. Winners have to bear all the expenses pertaining to transportation of prize collection.

11. Winners should claim the prize on their own. Agent or representative to claim the prizes shall not be entertained. The winner who failed to collect the prize within the prize collection period will be forfeited automatically without further notice. Winners are responsible for their safety during the way to the location to claim their prize. Management will not responsible for any cause of defaced / injured / dead / loss of property.

12. All decisions made by the Organizer in relation to the Contest including but not limited to the shortlisting, selection of winners and forfeiture of the prizes are final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.

13. All the prizes are strictly not returnable or transferable to the third party and not exchangeable for cash.

14. All the participants in the Contest agree to be bound by the above Terms & Conditions. Information provided in the Form(s) is considered correct and accurate. Participants also agree that the provided information be disclosed to Main Place Mall merchandise partner/ third party and relevant business in the event for all the propose of marketing and products promotion activities and services.

15. The Management reserves the right to use the winners details for promotion and advertising propose without prior notice or make any compensate.

16. The Management reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice.

17. The Management reserves the right to postpone the pre-determined date and venue of the contest at a later date which shall be notified by the Organizer to the winner in case of any unforeseen circumstance.
